How Are Performance Masks at Biopolis Medical Supply Different from Other Masks?

Great Question. For a long time, performance fabrics were known to the general public as upholstery. They prevent staining and spills. Fabric Technology has evolved so well that hospital scrubs and gowns have been manufactured with protective qualitities for the past 10 or more years. During the past year, we have seen a need for the use of these fabrics as face coverings. They help in two ways: protection and sustainability. They protect by having built in nano tech fibers with natural properties that prevent growth of bacteria and viruses. They offer sustainability by being reusable and washable. Some of our masks have an added level of protection with a coating making it water resistant.

How to Choose the Right Mask?

This may take several tries of our different brands and sizes. Not everyone’s face is the same size. We recommend measuring one’s face from nose to chin to determine what amount of area coverage they would need. The second consideration is the distance to the back of the ear. Some of our clients will need an X-Large size and we can source that size. Not every mask will feel the same. We recommend buying at least two different types to find the right fit.

All of our products are made in factories with stringent and strict manufacturing standards. The areas are sterile and pathogen free. In the case of PPE, the items are packed in sterile areas and will undergo another sterilization before shipment.

How to Keep Your Kids Safe with Biopolis Medical Supply Products?

Great Question. We have child sizes available for all mask types. We recommend using a mask for any child three years old and above. For children below two years old, it is not recommended to use a face mask due to the danger of asphyxiation. Face shields for children three and below are available.

Purchase and Delivery

How Can I Make an Order?

Orders for B2B PPE can be made by phone and email. The prices for PPE changes on a daily basis. Orders for fabric masks can be placed right on the website or social media shops.

How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking is not available for large PPE orders as they are delivered as freight. We use WayBills/Freight rules and regulations for the largest orders. For smaller consumer orders, we can provide a tracking number when the item ships.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

For Large PPE orders, items may have a lead time fo 10-14 days manufacture/air freight. For consumer items in stock, the item should arrive in 2-5 days depending on courier load.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Terms and Conditions for large PPE orders are 50% down upon PO, then 50% before delivery. Once a PO is created and orders are taken, cancellation can occur within the first 24 hrs. After this time, manufacturing has begun and cancellation is not possible. For Consumer items, cancellation can happen at any time.

My Order Was Not Delivered

For Consumer Items if an item does not arrive, please contact us with your order number and a full investigation will take place. Please alllow up to 48 hrs for our team to obtain answers from our courier partners. If item is not able to be traced, then a full refund will be issued and/or a new item dispatched to you.

Can I Change My Expected Delivery Date?

Yes, as long as the item has not dispatched from our warehouse. Please send us the desired delivery date as soon as possible.

Can I Change the Items in My Order?

Yes. We may have to create a new order, but rest assured that your entire order will be delivered.

How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?

We check all couriers for the best pricing to determine the average cost to send items to all US postal Zones. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact our customer service for international delivery options.

What Is Included in the Final Price of My Order?

Price for products, shipping and handling, and taxes if applicable. For CA residents, taxes are included.

How Do You Ship Your Products?

For Large PPE orders, items are shipped on pallets and shrink-wrapped. For smaller consumer items, they are placed inside poly mailers and/or carton boxes for safe delivery.

How Long Will It Take for a Refund to Reflect on my Card?

This can take up to 7 days depending on your bank. Most refunds show within 24 hrs.

How Long Do I Have to Request a Return After My Item(s) Has Been Shipped?

Requesting a return can be made immediately. However, we would need to have the item reach our warehouse to order the refund. Masks cannot be returned once opened.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

For Large PPE orders, we take ACH payments or credit cards. Please ask your rep for specific instructions. For smaller consumer items, we take all major credit cards.

When Will the Charge for Ordered Item(s) Reflect on My Card?

The charges should be immediate or reflect within 24 hrs depending on your bank.
